Welcome to our online scheduling center! Please choose the service you need from the options below. After selecting a test, you will be guided through available dates, times, and appointment instructions. We offer in-office testing, mobile/on-site testing, DNA collections, and employer services. Urine Drug Testing(DOT & Non-DOT)

Choose this option for all urine drug test panels, DOT testing, post-accident, pre-employment, court-ordered or personal testing.

Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)

DOT & Non-DOT breath alcohol screening. Post-accident, reasonable suspicion, workplace testing.

DNA Collection (Legal & Non-Legal)

Choose this option for legal paternity, non-legal paternity, immigration, and relationship DNA collections.

Hair Drug Testing

For long-term detection windows up to 90 days. Suitable for court, DFCS, probation, custody cases, and employer testing.

Oral / Saliva Drug Testing

Non-invasive, quick, and ideal for individuals unable to provide urine. Includes rapid and lab-based testing.

Nail Drug Testing

For extended detection up to 6 months. Perfect for legal cases, DFCS cases, and long-term monitoring.

Mobile Drug Testing Services

We come to your home, job site, school, business, or agency. (Local & outside-area fees apply.)

Rapid Medical Tests (CLIA-Waived)

COVID-19, Flu A/B, Strep, Pregnancy, RSV, glucose, and blood pressure checks.

Employer / TPA & Consortium Services

For businesses needing random pool setup, compliance, employee testing, background checks, clearinghouse queries, and more.

IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT NOTES

  • A valid ID is required for all testing

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early

  • For DNA testing, bring required documentation provided by the lab or agency

  • Mobile appointments require confirmation by phone

  • Insurance, Medicaid & Medicare accepted (where applicable)

  • After-hours testing available upon request
